Practice rings sit over the board and mark out target zones, turning aimless throwing into structured practice.

Most players' practice consists of throwing at treble twenty until they get bored. Practice rings force you to work specific areas of the board — including the ones you quietly avoid — which is where actual improvement comes from. Cheap, and more useful than most equipment upgrades.
