Refund & Returns Policy

Our commitment

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, get in touch — we'll work it out with you.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy is in addition to your ACL rights.

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, in original condition and original packaging
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return postage is paid by you

Change of mind refunds are not offered on darts that have been thrown, opened flights or shafts, replacement points/tips, dartboards that have been mounted or used, or any item where original packaging has been damaged or discarded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@dartworldaustralia.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the item and packaging

We will reply with next steps and, if a return is required, we will cover return postage for genuine faults, damage or incorrect items.

How returns work

  1. Email us first — please don't post anything back before we've confirmed the return
  2. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll let you know whether your refund or exchange has been approved
  3. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties (where applicable, e.g. Winmau Blade dartboards, Target electronic scoring systems) are passed through to you in full. We'll happily help you make a warranty claim — just contact us with your order number.

In-store returns

If you bought online and live nearby, you're welcome to bring returns to our Wantirna South store during opening hours.
