Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide. International orders may be available on request — please email us before ordering.
Processing time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment. Orders placed Friday afternoon, weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping methods & estimates
All Australian orders ship via Australia Post with tracking. Estimated transit times (after dispatch):

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The exact cost will be shown before you complete your order.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. You can track delivery at auspost.com.au/mypost/track.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. We can't be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, you'll need to cover the cost of re-delivery.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us — we'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf. Damaged parcels should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to the packaging and contents.
Click & Collect
Free in-store pickup is available from our Wantirna South store. Choose "Pick up" at checkout — we'll email you when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.
