1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all purchases made from dartworldaustralia.com.au ("the Site"). The Site is operated by Dart World Australia Pty. Ltd. (ABN [TO BE INSERTED]), of 3/7 Woodbine Court, Wantirna South VIC 3152 ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order on the Site.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We do our best to display accurate product photos, descriptions and stock levels, but we don't warrant that all content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error is found after you have placed an order, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

An order placed through the Site is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer once we send a confirmation email and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) orders placed using suspected fraudulent payment, orders where stock is unavailable, or orders where pricing/product errors are identified.

5. Payment

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Shop Pay, subject to availability at checkout. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways — we do not store your full card details.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (logos, product photos, descriptions, layout and code) is owned by Dart World Australia Pty. Ltd. or our suppliers and is protected under Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including (but not limited to) infringing intellectual property rights, transmitting viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or harassing other users.

10. Third-party links and brands

The Site may reference third-party brands (Target, Winmau, Harrows, etc.) and link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or services of third parties. Brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law is limited to (at our option) repair, replacement or refund of the goods. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

13. Governing law
