Welcome to Dart World Australia's full range of dart shafts (also called stems). It's an easy piece of kit to overlook, but the material and length of your shaft change the balance, angle of attack and finish of every dart you throw. Switch to the right shaft and you'll feel the difference in your grouping straight away.

We stock every shaft material so you can find what suits your throw and your budget. Nylon (plastic) shafts are lightweight, flexible and brilliant value — great for casual players and easy to replace. Aluminium shafts are the classic tournament choice, offering rock-solid stability and a slightly heavier feel at the rear of the dart. Carbon-fibre shafts combine the lightness of nylon with the strength of metal, drastically reducing bounce-outs and Robin Hoods. And titanium shafts are the premium, near-indestructible option trusted by serious players who don't want to think about shafts for a season or more.

Every length is covered too — from In-Between (IB)/extra short through short, tweenie (39–42mm), medium and long, plus spinning shafts that rotate when struck to reduce deflections. You'll find spring-loaded "twist-locks", standard 2BA threads, integrated systems like Target K-Flex and the Cosmo Fit range, and signature options from Target, Harrows, Red Dragon, Winmau, L-Style, Mission, Unicorn, One80, Shot!, Loxley and GOAT — in every colour from matte black through neons and patterned designs.
